Coordinator

Responsibilities:
The Coordinator is responsible for providing
administrative support to the Sierra County Child
Care Council (LPC). The Coordinator supports the
Council in accomplishing its responsibilities as
defined in the California Education Code, Sections
8499.3 and 8499.5.
These responsibilities include, but are not
limited to: Preparation and distribution of meeting
minutes and agendas, collection and analysis of
data as required to assess the child care needs in
Sierra County, development and dissemination of
publications and reports, collaboration with local,
regional and state organization fostering
partnerships designed to meet local child care
needs.
The Council is charged with establishing
priorities for the distribution of federal, state
and local child care and development funds.
