Responsibilities:
Coordination of the Butte County Local Child Care Planning Council, which includes facilitating subcommittees and community meetings; initiating, planning and accomplishing events (including regional collaborations), trainings, and conferences; special projects; creating an electronic resource library with files on more than 50 related subjects; sending out information, announcements, & resources to over 600 people via 15+ distribution lists; working with the AB 212 Team; participating on the CCCCA Policy Committee; and etc.
Background:
85 doctoral units: Educational Leadership and Change- Child Development & Psychology emphasis, MS: School Counseling, and BA: Child Development. Instructor at Butte College and CSUC, Service Learning Coordinator at Butte College, Title I Liaison for Paradise Unified School District -- to name a few previous positions- and current CASA.
